Pulsetbeta's network spans Canada coast-to-coast and covers major US corridors — with direct operations anchored in Ottawa.
A lot of logistics companies claim they cover everywhere. We'd rather be straight with you: Pulsetbeta's strongest operations are in Ontario and Quebec, with fast, well-priced service into the Atlantic provinces, Western Canada, and the US Northeast. For lanes outside that core — Western US, Mexico, or overseas ocean freight — we work through vetted partners and manage those moves on your behalf, but transit times and pricing will reflect the partner network rather than our own fleet. Knowing that upfront helps you plan accurately and avoids unwelcome surprises on your first invoice.
Here's an honest picture of our coverage strength by region.
Our home territory. Daily LTL consolidations between Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal, and all major secondary markets. Transit times are firm and published. Last-mile service within the National Capital Region runs on our own fleet with full GPS tracking.
Weekly direct service to Halifax, Moncton, Saint John, and Fredericton, with connections to PEI and Newfoundland via our consolidation hub in Moncton. Transit times are typically two to three business days from Ottawa.
FTL and LTL service to Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and BC via our long-haul carrier partners. We manage the booking, tracking, and exception handling centrally from Ottawa — you still get the same dashboard visibility, just slightly longer transit windows.
Strong capacity into New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, and the New England states. We handle all customs documentation in-house. Lanes to the US Southeast and West Coast are available but move through a broader partner network, so lead times are longer.
One concern clients raise before their first US cross-border shipment is whether tracking continuity holds up once a load crosses into the States. With Pulsetbeta, it does. Our US carrier partners are required to feed status updates into our TMS at the same checkpoints we use domestically — border crossing, customs release, US delivery confirmation. You see a single, unbroken event log. If a customs hold causes a delay, you see it flagged in your dashboard before your customs broker has even finished the phone call. For international air and ocean moves, tracking granularity depends on the carrier, but we aggregate whatever data is available into your account and flag gaps proactively.
